Door Screens

Many new homes are being built with double or triple opening sliding doors which enable the home to be opened up to the outside almost completely.

This of course comes with the added unwanted guests which includes flies, mozzies, midgees, spiders and snakes to name a few.

The problem with these large opening doors is that you cant add a security door due to the opening size so what is the option. So you need a pull across fly screen. Luckily there is one which enables you to span up to 9 metres in width with the screen being pulled across  within a rigid frame and it is housed top and bottom to secure the area. If the opening was to be that wide it would normally be preferred to have a double screen to close in the centre. A double screen is more than a single due to the fact that there are double the components however for practicality it is the preferred option on a large opening.

As always there is a choice of different screen materials which cater for various weave openings, some allowing more air flow than others. The screen can be painted to the colour of your window or door like it was always there

WINDOW SCREENS

These screens are suitable for all window styles particularly if you have a servery to outside, and can act as a sunscreen blind as well. There is also a great option for blinds if you wish to have the area totally enclosed if you are a shift worker or just like darkness whilst sleeping.
